Just like the FBI arm of the "Democrat" party covered up the Hunter Biden laptop scandal which established the fact that Chinese bribe money flowed freely to the Biden crime family, the "Justice" Department covered this crime up. They knew of this crime before the election, but no one else did...

No one is as shocked and surprised by this development as I am quote: $54M in Chinese gifts donated to UPenn, home of Biden Center A government watchdog is demanding the US attorney probing Hunter Biden in Delaware investigate tens of millions in anonymous donations from China to the University of Pennsylvania, where an academic center is named for his father, President Biden. The Ivy League college raked in a total of $54.6 million from 2014 through June 2019 in donations from China, including $23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016, according to public records. Most of the anonymous donations came after the university announced in February 2017 that it would create the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Joe Biden, whose term as vice president had just ended, was to lead the center and was also named a professor at the university. The center, which is located in Washington, DC, opened its doors in February 2018. Antony Blinken, whom Biden named as secretary of state, briefly served as its managing director. The Ivy League university received $15.8 million in anonymous Chinese gifts that year, including one eye-popping $14.5 million donation in May 2018, records show. The flurry of donations may be related to first son Hunter Biden’s business interests in China, the National Legal and Policy Center, a Virginia-based watchdog, alleged in complaints sent in May and October 2020 to the Departments of Education and Justice. Well, it is entirely different so far. The Biden documents were handed over without a subpoena. In fact, no law enforcement agency had to be involved, as the classified docs were turned in as soon as they were discovered. But there should be an investigation, which apparently there will be. Classified documents are classified for a reason. But are these docs related to China? Or national security on any level? Hopefully, everyone involved cooperates with the ongoing investigation(s), so that we can learn the truth. I can't say for sure these docs aren't related to the laptop scandal in any way yet, but I don't think so. Since we learned of the docs from the White House.

When were the records found? When did Biden know? Ok, the docs were found on November 2nd. The National Archives was informed that day.

Are the Biden docs worth talking about? Worthy of an investigation? Absolutely. But if Trump would have notified the National Archives that he had classified material, and sent it all over to them, it would hace amounted to an "Oops". But that's not how it happened with Trump, was it?

I never said it was fine for Biden to have classified docs this long after leaving office. It's obviously not, and the DOJ is investigating. Garland has a Trump appointed prosecutor going through it all now. But, as you say, the president can declassify anything he wants. So, Biden could have declassified these docs instead of turning them over and trying to make it right.

The DOJ is still in the preliminary stages of the investigation, which is being done by a Trump appointed prosecutor. But, as we learned with the Mueller Investigation, the DOJ will not or maybe can not prosecute a sitting president. That leaves it up to Congress to impeach him and remove him from office. We have a GOP House, so impeachment is likely, but the Dem Senate wouldn't remove him. So that's kinda pointless. And even if the Senate does remove him, we get Kamala. And really, I think anything that goes bad for Biden cuz of this would go doubly bad for Trump. But if it goes ok for Biden, Trump will be better off.

Stolen is the wrong word though. Biden had access to the docs as VP. It's not like he broke into the National Archives and did dome Mission Impossible shit to get them. And I just don't need that vision of Biden or Trump in my head.
