I think 24/7/365 is only a myth for those who have never experienced it. For those who have, it is far from mythological... in fact, it is so down-to-earth, so gritty, so tactile, so intrinsic, and so grounded that some folks find it positively normal.

Sounds to me the OP is either pissed or as high as a kite in either case I want to know what he is drinking/smoking in case I want to try some too especially when I need to talk to the ATO, fill out tax Returns....Or... Deal with my Sister-in-law's Afrikaana husband and his family.

To the original poster ...

Your first problem might be (as far as I know) is that there is no such thing as a no-limits slave. And if there is a no-limits slave odds are someone somewhere will be charged with murder at sometime.

As for the 24/7/366 [note the numbers] slave these arrangements DO happen but they take a lot of planning and are not over night transitions. They take a great about of planning and envisioning on the Masters part. [from my opinion] One must frame it within the context of today's society. You and others may want to consider my profile which gives a glimmer of an idea of how i envision this working. Mind you these are not over night thoughts bur rather thoughts that have evolved over 20 years of considerations.

I'm not going to argue about whether there truly -are- "no-limits" servants, because the thing is, to test your theory, for a situation like you describe, really requires two things, not one... it requires both a servant who has yielded all boundaries in a comprehensive-authority dynamic (and those -do- exist, and I've managed more than one personally) -and- a Keeper who is so lacking in pragmatism or rational thought that xhe is actually -willing- to destroy such an individual on a whim, to prove a point... and it -still- doesn't answer the question, because really, perhaps death wasn't a limit, but somewhere out there, there may, possibly, have been something else that might have been. Death is -not- necessarily the "ultimate bad outcome" for some folks (for example, we've had professional bodyguards on two separate occasions while traveling abroad who -weren't- in a D/s relationship with us, but who would -definitely- have taken a mortal wound for EB or SR). Personally, though you may be right that it isn't possible to have -no- limits, we've had several servants who went far enough in that direction that, at least for MY purposes, they might as well have been "no limits", because finding what -was- a limit was so far beyond the realm of what I would be willing to do that, if there -was- a limit out there, it really wouldn't, pragmatically, matter to me at all.

Also, I think that the issue of comprehensive authority dynamics are really a separate issue from 24/7/365 dynamics, because it is possible to have a full-time, fully committed relationship where the servant still has boundaries and things that are not released completely. All that 24/7/365 expresses is that this is a living commitment, rather than a temporary arrangement for a limited time, at the end of which the authority dynamic will be set aside (ie, bedroom submission, 'weekend' submission, or top/bottom scene-only submission).

I don't think so, lally, read post #10. I think Turbo had a "fat fingers on keyboard" moment resulting in a 5 year necro [:D]

ok, I'm not a huge stickler for bad spelling, I make mistakes myself all the time.   But I really can't understand what the heck you are trying to say.  Between the bad spelling and the rambling in general...I'm a wee bit confused dude.
