This is Darcy

I saw Brokeback at the cinema and thought it was a good movie, but not a classic. The chemistry between Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal works well, and Michelle Williams is great as Ledger's wife, but the scenery is simply stunning.

I personally thought that the whole gay thing was overegged - to me, if you took out the sex and kissing then it's really the story of how deep friendships between men can be. Probably good fodder for another thread, but I think that the bonds that exist between men who have have been friends for years run deeper than those between women. This isn't to say that women can't have deep, wonderful friendships as well, but that the bonds are different. (Discuss [;)])

I agree, Darcy (havent seen the movie, but I do agree that friendships differ between the genders)
