As I read the superlative and the crush threads, all I saw was the same names popping up over and over. The posters were basically from these forums "downstairs" as Deb puts it. I love how people complained about these things until their name are mentioned, (And their name get mentioned because they bitch about it til it does) then they love the threads. I say if you want to thank your favorite poster or you want to tell them you have a crush on them, then do it. Don't disguise it as yet another popularity contest here. What are we, 8 years old here? There are so many intelligent people who have great opinions on the boards "upstairs" who never get mentioned in these stupid things. I am not talking about me either. I could care less about whether people find me "the most..." anything, or that someone wants to name me as their favorite CM poster. I know who likes me and I know who doesn't. But I wanted to let my own feelings known about this shit before I stop responding to them. Oh, and save your "If you dont like what is said, don't read it" comments. I think I am smart enough to figure that out already. But as it is so often pointed out, everyone has a right to say what they want to here. I am using that option now. Have a good day.
