Uh, why get a penis transplant and then pick a 4 inch penis? They've never seen Young Frankenstein I guess.

My question is what happened to his own penis? Maybe 4 inches was an upgrade in size.....

You boys make me laugh. 4 inches is actually pretty good at rest, and you know it!

Gotta go out now to get a new bumper/fender. I backed my car into a wall, 'cause I was told it was 12 inches away..........

Now that is a poser...
When shopping for a transplant, are the dimensions flacid? Is the item inflated at standard blood pressure of erection? What about girth? There needs to be federal standards here. Buyer beware.

Was it transplanted from a premature ejaculator? Maybe full sensation recovery would be a bad thing.
