Status: offline 		What is the attraction to golden or brown showers in some lifestylers relationship?  Is it they just like it ?  Is it humiliation?  Or just fun?
 
  Why do you think there is very little info on these two activities?  Are they that taboo ?

Status: offline 		There's actually a lot of info on them if you know where to look- specially golden showers.

Anything with bodily fluids is considered edge play in my book- and bodily fluids tend to be very powerful and symbolic parts of ourselves to share.  Whether it's humiliation, worship, possession, or simply sharing a part of yourself with another- it tends to be a powerful act.

With excrement you have the increased safety issue as well as the increased taboo and distasteful factor.

Status: offline 		Well, for me personally, I can only speak to Golden Showers (aka Watersports).  For me, whether it is for the humiliation factor, the intimacy factor or just for the fun of it depends on the delivery.  For me, watersports can be all these things and more…and sometimes it’s just fun to pee outside.  LOL

Status: offline 		For me, it is intimate, a deep connection, incredibly humiliating, and makes me feel small.  It is not a "kink" that turns me on.  It is something that makes me feel his power quite strongly. In some cases it can be intensely overwhelming, which puts me in quite an amazing state of mind.

Status: offline 		It all depends on how they are done as they can mean or feel many things. From a strong sign of devotion, a very powerful show of the power exchange aspect of a relationship and sometimes just enjoyable to the people especially if into humiliation and/or objectification.

Watersports are not really taboo but can be a limit to a very good percentage. Brown showers would certainly be in the taboo realm and not talked about outside of the dangerous aspects to them and a limit for most.

For me though, it has always been the balance in the pleasure or debasement on my behalf, and confirmation of committment on behalf of the slave.

A slave willing and pleasurably serving toilet for her Master is truly a committed slave.

The safety in brown showers is certainly always an issue, but is much overrated for * CONFIRMED HEALTHY AND RESPONSIBLE* participators.

Status: offline 		Let me suggest the option of urine control - hold that pee just a minuet longer.  As a way of enhancing the women ultimate climax and heightening your own - I believe that requiring the sub to hold it in can not be matched.   Allow her to urinate just after intercource and I think you'll find that golden shower has some real power.

Status: offline 		Have you ever seen the TV series Shogun, there a prisoner is held down and peed upon, ut is such a strong sense, it is utter humiliation, and it is in a way somthing somone dont do whit another human being, it is in a way saying your are somthing so lovly i can pee on you like i would in a toilet.

Ofcourse others hav eother opinions on the matter.

I've never participated in brown showers, but I have with golden showers.  For me it is a huge sense of humiliation and control.  Being made to do something that is so dirty is a huge turn on.  I get off on being humiliated, so it plays right into that whole mindset.  The fact that I do indeed enjoy it is also extremely humiliating.  "Nice girls" don't do that.

Status: offline 		I wasn't interested in golden showers when I met My Lord.  However, I tried being on the receiving (kneeling? peed upon?) side of things and found it rather interesting.  Not something that immediately lights my fire, so to speak but I can handle it. 

Being the person doing the urination is something that is still difficult for me - I tend to have a shy bladder and that's always been something so private for me that it's incredibly intimate to share with him.  It's something we're working on, and I am glad to have my boundaries tested and stretched in a way that is not overwhelming.
