(fast reply) Go to your GYN, just to be safe. I had some issues with My GI tract - nausea, vomiting at times, feeling very bloated - in addition to being tired and having weird, near-fainting spells which My doctor (internist) first believed could be ulcers, then perhaps Acid Reflux, then perhaps just severe heartburn throwing Me out of balance... and it turned out to be a very large and very painful ovarian cyst. As I was so young, they didn't think to look for that, and I only found out when it ruptured and I was rushed to the hospital. Ovarian cysts are known to throw the GI tract off balance as well as cause hideous bloat, fatigue, night sweats/chills, muscle aches, so on. When they become so large they begin bumping against other organs or twisting, the pain can spread throughout your entire lower abdomen and range from a consistent ache to stabbing pains that double you in half. It may not be this, per se, but fibroids, endometriosis and other female ailments also seem to cause similar symptoms without any clues that they are reproductive-system based. Get a thorough check-out with your internist *and* GYN. If they can do pelvic imaging to make sure you don't have an enlarged ovary, cyst, fibroid or so on, that'd be one thing off the list of what it could be... Brightest blessings, Thea
