Not Punishment

This is Petrarchan, but I’m not so crude
To speak only of her hair, derriere, and feet*
(I’d tell you of her immense beauty’s treat
For my eyes, but I don’t want to be lewd.)
Besides I have not seen her glorious nude
Body. It couldn’t wow me more than how she’ll meet
Things that would make manly me cry in defeat
with a playful giggle. I love her attitude.

About the problem I won’t get specific
Lest I look like I trawl for sympathy
(Sympathy is cool if it gets you a BJ
Otherwise sympathy is not terrific.)
How someone in that situation can be happy
Makes me sad I didn’t know her yesterday.

When have I ever cared about being gracious?

Seriously knowing it touched you makes me happy and my stsaying up late worth it.

Now before I get sappy I better use an emoticon or two (or three).

Oh, usually the word "Seriously" if part of the set up for another joke.

On another note how would you free versers like to trade quips with a rhyme and form guy in the off topic board? I'd start it already, but i don't want to accidentally upset anyone. (Purposely upseting them is so much more fun.

)

I noticed my wallet was gone.
And i thought of You.
My driver’s license was in there
I called to get a new one
And i thought of You.
My credit car I shall not share

With a #$&%ing, pick-pocketing knave.
I cancelled the credit card
And i thought of You.
This situation is most grave
I’ll again check in the yard
After i think of You.

In it I don’t keep all my cash
Then I recall my card is draws from my bank account
Then my mind turns to You.
Oy Vey! Bouncing checks and other pains in the ass!
The more I focus the more the troubles mount.

And i think of You

While staring at an E.E.G.
i hope You think of me.

So i’m held by M’Lady. (About which i rave!)
Like Tristam i’ll gladly do as i’m told.

Better metaphor would be Don Quiote
Who for his Dulcinea would suffer much
Without hope he’d gladly fight the unbeatable foe-ty
(i can’t even write You a sonnet with such

obvious rhymes like “don’t he.” i guess
i’ll have to be pure and chaste from afar
for unless with her good smile M’Lady will bless
this despite how the bogus rhyme does this mar.

Only then could i feel like a questing knight
Carrying his beloved’s scarf to his fight)
