Agreed that if your body needed to rid itself of whatever toxic/malaise-inducing substance was annoying your stomach, you would naturally feel it rising up and vomit without needing to induce same. If this is happening more frequently than normal, try keeping a food journal of what you eat, the times, and when/if you feel ill. Perhaps you have developed a food allergy or have sensitivity to certain ingredients, (I personally am fairly lactose intolerant - not nice when I figure out someone has included cheese in a recipe and I'm without Lact-aid. *frowns*). Outside of that - ulcers, stomach polyps, hyperglycemia, diabetes, anemia, acid reflux, disorders with the GI Tract....there are many reasons why one's diet can remain the same but you begin to feel sick after eating. Keeping a food journal will be helpful should you need to see an internist, dietician, or any other health professional about this should it continue. Ginger ale and crackers can help settle your stomach. Mylanta and the like can also help if you have it on hand. If the feeling is coming from feeling too full, campari and club soda also can work as an after-dinner drink to settle one's stomach to feel well enough to continue the evening. Do watch the health reports circulating online about infected food, also! I've been avoiding certain foods and brands after hearing about this recently. Hope you are feeling better. Brightest Blessings, ~Thea
