Dear Mnottertail: My Master has instructed me to ask if you perhaps meant , Tout de suite , and if so, what is it you are wanting me to hurry up and do at once?
               Respectfully, ~ angaothsi~

**edited because I used the wrong tense in what I was instructed to do**

Ottertail's a funny guy, but French orthography isn't exactly his forte, sweetheart.

Personally, I disagree with using the term "Domme" outside of certain situations.  To me, a Master is a Master, regardless of gender.  "Dom" vs. "Domme" is helpful when advertising one, or speaking about one, to differentitate gender, like "he" and "she" is.

In English, if you are talking about a person whose gender is set but unknown (the person who owns the local bakery) or variable (whoever walks through the door next), it is appropriate to refer to this person in the masculine, such as "he", even if it is equally, or even more likely, to be female.  (There are exceptions for when it's significantly more likely to be female, such as when referring to the next person to walk through the doors of an always-open female restroom under normal circumstances.)

I would consider this forum in the same light.  It says "Master" as in Masters in general, without regard to gender.  Then again, maybe I misunderstand this forum's intent, but that's how I've taken it.

EDIT:  Okay.  I just looked at the forum.  There is "Ask a Mistress".  Blah, yeah, I'm a newbie.  Alright, I suppose this is an area for mostly male Masters to respond.  I wouldn't be opposed to seeing Mistress responses here, but only so long as it's mutual on the Mistress forum.
