How much soreness is usual if someone is starting in rope bondage, i recently had my first session with it Saturday and i could barely move Sunday and still finding it hard to move today. i've been bound before just not with rope and i'm feeling the *grins* pain.

About the same amount of soreness after exercising for the first time. Being in bondage is putting your body into positions that it does not normally go into. That said, as long as you dont have any sharp pains during the sessions, and the soreness goes away in a reasonable amount of time, you are fine.

You can try stretching before getting into it next time.

Whenever we try something for the first time there is a certain degree of soreness that naturally goes along with it...If it is persistent I would look into it or extreme pain but otherwise it should go away with time.
