I chose play because in my mind BDSM is not about the actual dynamic between the parties. It's more an action that occurs BECAUSE of the dynamic.

I chose exploration, because that is the one underlying part of it for me no matter what is going on, exploring my feelings for him, exploring pleasure, exploring pain, exploring sensation, exploring the emotions of it all.

That was actually the purpose for the two different polls. I wanted to see if there would be a difference in the POV's of those who answered. :)

I choose 'play' for BDSM and 'power' for M/s.

I picked play, the bdsm part is the fun and games to me. It's got nothing really to do with our Master/slave relationship, well apart from being a toy within it.
