Colour me cynical, but no one does anything of its intrinsical goodness.  They do it because it is right, which makes them feel good, or because its a good cause, which makes them feel good, or anything else that makes them happy.

Now, we have a poster here who vows to bring another site down, because they are perceived as evil.  Now, this same person has a

If we assume my original statement to be true, that would make it seem that this poster was trying to gain personal satisfaction out of destroying someone else's work.

Nothing wrong with any of this, unless we dislike double standards (I have nothing against them, I think we all have them)

To Savanah: I dont have any idea who you are. So I am neither impressed or unimpressed. I think its great you like this site. But I dont know. Ive now read so many posts by people complaining about emails, profiles, the community at large etc etc, that your post Im sorry to say strikes me as one more of the same.

I guess I dont know why you care so much about a site that is pretty obvious about where it stands. I mean, give people some credit. If they pay then get no results, they wont be on the site too long. If its really eveil then in the long run it'll either change or fail. I doubt theres much you can do to stop the site.  So ignore it!  Come hang out here! That would be great!

up until about 3 months ago i maintained dual citizenship I had a profile on here...this is a replacement profile  I am aka as dsamethyst  (pretty much same profile).....and a profile on alt....did i met he playmate of the year there?? NOPE   but i did have some great chats and some great intereactions with people in general.  I attended a few parties that were interesting...again not anything that was playable for me, but they had great posibilities..but then again I had a great picture on that site...i have a good picture on this site  but i cannot put he picture that i wanted to put on here.  and so i had given up my other citizenship on alt was becasu ei was being harrassed onthat site as well as i was being harrassed here..

just my 2 cents worth

I sense some serious denial here, but I will refrain from further comment on the absence of love and trust.

If you consider yourself no more than a slut for use, and you live D/s,  24/7, both you and your Master have your own issues.

As far as sounding like an advertisement, perhaps it does.  The definintion of the word advertisement is:
A public service or anouncement.

The verb form (advertise) of the word means:
advertir-to warn; call attention to;
to tell about or praise. (a product, service, etc)
to make known or give notice of.

Hey, Savanah...considering your  "DISDAIN FOR ANYONE WHO CAPITALIZES ON THE MISFORTUNE OF OTHERS", maybe you could consider the option of not capitalizing every single word or phrase in your treatise on taking down the other available BDSM sites....here's a thought; have you or "The Core" done any research on how 19 inch letters look on a laptop?
 
It's really remarkably fucking annoying.
 
Have The Core take a look into it.
 
It may just cause you to obtain some new members...instead of PISSING THE LIVING FUCK OUT OF THEM!!!

In adddition to what I have stated in this post, the ALT site continues to take member money and not deliver on services promised.

They have no interest in those in the lifestyle, they are only in it to make a profit.

Dear oddity,

Collar Me offers more real time interactive communication for the members here than either of the two.

The other 2 sites limit your activities to the very basics, although they continually promote the site as free to join.  It becomes frustrating for many, when they can not email or view profiles without paying.

I do wonder how long it will be before collar me does charge a fee.  It it an expensive site to run, and I do not see how affiliate advertising covers all the costs associated with doing so.

I would imagine good business planning and practices are at work here.

I am sorry to invade your closed community here.  I think there are some who are welcoming and some who chose to focus on the negative.
As I explained in a reply to a comment above, My original post demonstrated proper use of the caps button function.

My reply to Santa, uses the caps because it is easier for Him to type, and it is easier for Him to read when in all caps.  We were speaking to each Other, so there was no "yelling" at anyone,  and if I have offend you, you have My apologies.
