Ok easy one to restart:

Louis XIV, King of France
Franz Joseph I, Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary
Victoria, Queen of Great Britain, Empress of India
Jaime I, King of Aragón

Since I'm pretty sure I'm right and since I can't be at computer for most of tomorrow (Sat., the 9th) I give my next quartet in advance of officially winning.  If I'm wrong, well, consider this top-o-page repeat. LOL!

Lance's "in advance" quartet:

elbow
neck / throat
heel
cheek

Well, if you'd said "elbow, collarbone, knee, ankle," I'd say "places I've been injured."

My cheeks, neck and throat are all fine, though...

And besides, Doms should be kissed everywhere.  As far as I've been able to find out, this is a unique quartet.  There might be one or two more body parts, but these are the most common mentions.  That is, I see nose, but it's a very low percentage of references (like < 1%.)  NOT a knee nor eye in the references.  And certainly not any internal organs..... That's why I wrote

neck / throat - to emphasize extrernal.

Well,..... harump.  I seem to have dropped you all dead in tracks.  So, after 22 hours, I'll give another clue, namely:  The answer has only a little to do with the human body..... that's why there are so few human body parts on the list. (Or is that a RED herring?) NO hidden clues..... NOT about fish.  ONLY human body parts appear in the list.

Really strange thinking, i know, but it sounds like a list of plumbing things or duct work stuff.

Yes, fluffy.  Body parts used to describe various sheet metal duct pieces.
