Any rash is generally a sign of an infection. It is your body reacting to something that is not quite right. Wash with an antibacterial soap, use an aerosol deoderant on extremely sweaty parts, and clean up after sex. If you exercise, shower right after to get rid of any excess bacteria, and dry off really well right after. Drink plenty of water or other non-sugary fluids, as sugars are one of the things (along with moisture) that bacteria feed off of, and is released in sweat. Try to wear cotton blends, or other natural fabrics, especially your underwear. Natural fibers "breathe" better, and wick moisture away from your body. Along with these, please see a doctor. If this is an infection that is widespread, there could be a number of things that need to be adressed, such as a good prescription and method of taking care of the infection. It could also be diabetes in a rare case. Just to be sure, get your primary physician's opinion and possibly a recommendation for a good dermatologist.
