(yay I get to sound like a nut job). I have a rather interesting reccomendation for you. A good exfoliator to help promote new skin growth. My personal reccomendation would be for Sugar by Fresh, but there are a couple other good ones too. Fresh is an expensive line, but its amazing quality (I'm such a product junkie.. this is really sad :P). I've actually used it myself to get rid of small, but older scars. Mmm and it smells sooooooooo great. It's one a ton of beauty awards too. I think its a wonderful investment if you're serious about getting your skin (not just scars) in wedding shape. Some other ones though: M.A.C scrub mask (for faces) is wonderful, and will moisturise as well. Never A Dull Moment by Origins is good, although not my fave. It has papaya in it (so it smells yummy), so the acidity of the fruit helps a bit as well. L'Occitane Shea Butter Exfoliating Foot Scrub is really effective, but I'm not a huge fan of the smell. One of my friends is quite addicted to it though, so its a matter of personal taste. A recipe for an at home scrub (not as effective and will dry out your skin much more than any of the aforementioned products): 1/2 cup coarse-medium sea salt 1/2 cup coarse cofee grounds (unused lol) 1/4 cup liquid honey enough water to make it into a spreadable paste. Get in the shower for a few minutes to soften up your skin, and go to town. Theres some debate about caffeine reducing cellulite too, so hey, have fun with it. I reccomend exfoliating 2-4 times per week, and a deep moisturiser afterward... I would go off on wonderful moisturisers, but we would be here for a very long time.
