Can anyone catch me when I come?
Through the sky, and through the clouds,
The mist and the rain wetting my back,
While tears wet my cheeks.

Three fingertips entwined in yours.
Salty moisture from tears, and the grip slips slowly.
Too many tears, wiped away with those hands.

No scream from my throat, no blame from my lips.
I pray if it hurts, it will only hurt for a little while.
