None.  Never had one.  Ironically, though, my initials are BS.

Now, the thing is, we all have issues in our lives.  However, it is how we deal with them that makes it into drama or not.
agreed

If I have problems, generally, I will go to my family, and either take their advice or shut up.  I don't tell half the story, entice random people to ask questions, turn around and tell a different story, not take the advice, complain about it not working, ask more questions, still not take the advice, ad nauseum.
I simply stated what bondage ideas I had tried when they were mentioned and what did and didn't work. I see lots of people on here sharing ideas and discussing what does or doesn't work. I don't see you insulting them. All ideas were much appreciated. I don't remember saying that I wouldn't try some of the new ideas that were suggested.

That's drama.
Insults are what deliberately stir up drama.

The world at large does not care about your problems.  There is one person who actually cares about me.  That person is me.  Anyone who thinks others actually care about them is an idiot.  So take some personal responsibility and get over it.  We all have.
If nobody cared about anybody, the thread on this site wouldn't exist. As for taking personal responsibility, I never said I was perfect. When I make a mistake, I'm not afraid to admit it.

Yours,

benji

I don't know about anyone else, but I am on this site for myself, because I enjoy it.  If I really wanted to just help someone, I would research biology something or other and go on a forum I don't enjoy.  No one is on here only to help others without enjoying it.

benji

defiantbadgirl -> RE: help......my sub thinks he's Houdini (12/2/2006 8:19:28 PM)

So maybe I enjoy both. Nothing wrong with that.

gooddogbenji -> RE: help......my sub thinks he's Houdini (12/2/2006 8:22:23 PM)

Nope.  'cept we all enjoy helping others solely for the feelings it evokes in us.  Therefore, we enjoy it because we enjoy it, not because it's a good deed.

Yours,

benji

defiantbadgirl -> RE: help......my sub thinks he's Houdini (12/2/2006 8:40:13 PM)

While helping others does give one a sense of accomplishment, it is possible to help another without thinking of yourself. I would have to disagree that selfishness is the sole reason for offering assistance.

gooddogbenji -> RE: help......my sub thinks he's Houdini (12/2/2006 9:03:58 PM)

I wouldn't.  Name an example.

benji

defiantbadgirl -> RE: help......my sub thinks he's Houdini (12/2/2006 9:12:40 PM)

Perhaps you misunderstand what I mean. It's impossible for someone who has helped another not to feel good about themselves, but I doubt their first thought when helping someone is about themselves. Feeling good for helping someone is a reaction to a good deed, not always the reason for performing that deed.

Well, for example, a mod for these forums could come along any minute and put a stop to your thread-jacking bull shite, and not enjoy herself a bit.  She would have to do it just for the good of the community.

Perhaps a failure of imagination on my part, to be sure--but I can't imagine any woman reading a string of useless, unfunny, unproductive posts like this one for her own pleasure.

Been here a month and already telling the mods what's best for "the community," eh?

What is productive about turning a simple question into an insult thread? Thanks for the advice Morrigel.

tade -> RE: help......my sub thinks he's Houdini (12/2/2006 9:44:09 PM)

Tie him up however you would like just zip tie his hands to his ankles when you are done. If not being able to escape gets him to sub space it shouldn't take long before he's whimpering...

Oh for Christ's sake.  I have no idea what's best for community, buckaroo--that's why I'm not a mod.  I personally would not enjoy having to do the job they do.  It strikes me as an awful combination:  on the one hand, you get to babysit a thousand angry psychotic constantly masturbating chimps, and on the other hand you've got some kind of neverending janitorial duty in the trackless corridors of hell.

Nevertheless, I recognize the value of their efforts, and I assume they see the job as worth doing, even when it isn't fun.

More to the point, I also know an off-topic and fucking annoying thread-jack which turns a perfectly good discussion into a pointless pissing match, when I see one.  I've participated in enough of these little diversions lately to recognize them for what they are.

Here's a clue.  Preventing squirmy men from escaping from bondage? = interesting subject to me.  Watching someone piss on a thread and be a nasty little bitch to the OP for no reason?  = not interesting to me.

Same goes for you, just FYI.  I'm putting you on ignore from now on, since you seem absolutely incapable of remaining sane and civil for two posts in a row.  I have no idea why you insist on chasing me around the forum trying to start a brawl, but please fuck off at your earliest convenience.

Thanks muchly.

Are you kidding?  How many dommes on this site have expressed an interest in getting their hands on your ass at this point?  I'd think you'd need that Excel spreadsheet to manage your kinky dates.

Of course it could just be because we all want to see your ass smarting, since you do so much of that on the forums.  [:D]

The few times he hasn't been able to get loose proved that. BDSM is about pleasing one's partner, right?

You're over-thinking this. You already 'know' how to tie him so he can't escape so just go back to what worked in the past.

Not sure if it's been said, but I know for myself my partner is hesitant with "hurting" me, so I've tended to "bait" him, then he feels more at ease about restraining me with "force", etc...is it possible your sub is craving a bit more force from you?  And this is his way of getting it?  Or perhaps he knows you're not comfortable but would enjoy more force put onto him, so he's creating a comfortable environment for you to do so?

Actually, I don't think the Mods object to thread jacking, nor to bull shite.  What they object to is personal attacks, and I believe I have kept it (mostly) on topic of proving a point - demonstrating that no one truly cares enough about another's problems to make them go away.  Only the person with the prolem can do that.

If you want useless, unfunny posts, go to anything involving Female Supremacy.

Listen, you troll.  Read my damn profile.  I said local.  LOCAL!

Yes, many Dommes here would love to give me a little taste of what I dole out, but they aint in my area.

And no, I will not submit a list for examination.

Fucking illiterate trolls on this site.

You know, the mods don't like it when you tell people to fuck off.  It sounds uncivil.
