You've already made it clear that I'd like things to stay that way.

How about that again in English? ;)

Tanos

You know, the biggest word in that sentence has only seven letters, and they are all common words.  I don't know how I can make it any easier for you.  Perhaps you could set up a charitable fund to buy you a dictionary?

TPE - did you maybe mean to type - "I've already made it clear" - if so that would make the subject much more clear especially considering the words afterwards

I find it silly that a dominant would waste their time posting a whine about a voluntary website that he doesn't agree with.  Why waste your own time on something so......silly?

I was wondering the same thing myself.

It's a complexthought butas it stands it works

Transation for clarity as I read it

Your words have made it clear to me that I would prefer that we remain strangers.

LOL...and now it's about grammar.  I hereby annouce the death of this thread.  It was a good thread.  It lived a long life, but it's time to bury it.  R.I.P.  And no, I meant to type exactly what I did type.  Read it in the original post, instead of his clip.

Let me rephrase that (to preclude the:  "You are wrong - because your memory is faulty" game).

'You have been a stubborn and mulish thinker since I have seen you post.'

I remember well the circular and continuous debates about the minutia of IE before you gave up on it as something to discuss in open forum.

And yet, dominant ladies -

Here you are - wasting time on the very same thread and topic

(I am willing to bet it is venting a "WTF is this all about?" thread of which there is no real response or answer to satisfy - But, that is just my viewpoint)

It's not the site and the concept that bothers me as much as the mindset that begins their profile with it.

Might you tell us what it is that their mindset should be if you feel it unnescessary for them?

nah there'd still be idiots who didn' read profiles, who didn't care, or who plain didn't have anything better to do that junk mail people. Long detailed specific profiles wouldn't stop that.

holy cow thats a long profile TPE Owner

Well, I had a lot to say.  If people were more detailed and specific on their profiles, they might cut down on how much e-mail they get from people outside their target demographic.

CT -

I just was told about this question of yours -

I did not call 'TPE BS.'

I believe you misread me.

LOD: what are your opinions as to why TPE is 'bullshit'?

I am just curious, i have no investment in any particular POV, i have lived tpe, and have my own feelings about it, which i dont hide...

But when you say bullshit, do you mean that it does not exist? or that it cant work? or that any one that does make it work does not exist? or that it has no personal value for you and there fore no one else should find value in it?

Wow

I feel chastised because I thought you had been touting IE  for longer than you have.

Mea Freaking Culpa Muh Big Brutha.

As far as my "level of knowledge" - I cannot mislead people about that - it is something either evident or not - and, your statement is really rather nonsequitor to the thread as I never claimed a knoweldge which would be evidential to the discussion.

Just to recap for your benefit:
This thread is about people's opinions on your web site -

I stated my opinion -

It is an opinion

If you wanted to keep it within the plausable framework of a debate, you might have stated that I was trying to 'make it appear' that I 'have been about longer than I have been'

That would make some sense

But, I do have people who have known me in leather for longer than I mention - so, that would have been a rather poor thing to say as well

Not that you would know that, just that it is a minefield when one postures in that direction without knowledge.

And, you readily admitted that you do not remember me (in that other conversation where you accused me of lieing about whether TSR made money - which they admittedly do - just that you do not  - per your admittance - break even)

Anyhow... it is always a pleaure speaking with you and spinning your wheels.

Never my intention, but obviously something which is more apparently unavoidable

Sincerely

How much bullshitting can you cram into a single
post? The phrase wasn't coined until 2000, and I
certainly wasn't championing it before then.

We've been through this before: don't make things up
to mislead people about your level of knowledge.

Before I became an owned slave to Master, I never even had mine on my profile at all.  I now have it listed, as well as being collared, and that I am not looking.  If anyone wants to see who owns me, or anything like that..they can feel free to look it up.

I don't know what mysterious mindset I was in to do this... just that I love my Master and I am very proud to be his.  I know that might seem off the wall to others, but it's exactly what I was thinking.

I completely get where you're coming from... there are times when I have to sit on my hands.

I tend to keep my eye pokes for sake of amusement to a bare minimum most days.
