Well, i was thinking about how uncomfortable it is to have to spray medicine up my nose (dr "trying things out" for my migranes...), which got me thinking when i started reading this thread. Is there a practice of nasel douching? Some quick searches seemed to reveal there is such a practice though i could find no relation of it to fetishes. So it's likely a fetish i'll only come across in my mind, but i'll vote for nasel douching.

Some of the more odd ones I have come across-

I forget the name of it but having small insects crawling on your genitals, different but similar but with rodents in place of insects

I recall a story that appeared in "Playboy" a number of years ago. There was a young man who lived in a rural area, who was also a member of strict Christian sect that fobid sex before marriage, pornography, etc. Since he did not have the normal outlets for privacy and masturbation, he masturbated in the garage.
