Building is easy.regardless of your ability.....I have photos but just took the concept and ran with it using materials I had on hand...the young lady riding it didn't really notice what it was made of...just what it was doing to her....of course she coudn't see...the blindfold took care of that.....didn't want to spoil the surprise...

Normally they are electrified with a TENS unit or violet wand, though I have heard of people using an electric fence box to do it. I plan on making one that uses the violet wand to use on my pet. Ponies with nails are usually, but by no means always, designed so that the rider narrowly avoids contact with the nails. It is more of a visual intimidation than an actual torture.
