OMG I lost the vanilla cone....*Does a happy dance around the room*  I've officially moved up in the world.  Woo hoo

onestandingstill -> RE: Vanilla cone (1/10/2007 8:04:32 AM)

Keep drizzeling chocolate sauce on top of it till it becomes a vanilla twist.
In truth the fact you want to is the first step.
Have patience, keep learning and exparamenting.
A year from now the vanilla won't be able to be the only flavor in your brain.

I wish they would get rid of the graphic and just stick with the text myself. Sometimes these type of things encourages spam.

ModeratorEleven -> RE: Vanilla cone (1/10/2007 8:49:23 AM)

When users make nonsense posts just to change their status, a process referred to as post whoring, we'll manually set them back to "vanilla" and leave them there to contemplate their actions for a while. I can count on one hand the number of times we've had to resort to this measure so it hasn't been a huge problem, thankfully.

The cyber version of "go to your room and think about what you did!" [:D]

congrats!

CalifChick -> RE: Vanilla cone (4/14/2008 11:51:30 PM)

Okay, it's late, I'll give you that.  Someone 'splain to me why a 15 month old post on postwhoring was resurrected so it could be postwhored yet again.

Cali
(I think I made up a new word today)

GreedyTop -> RE: Vanilla cone (4/14/2008 11:56:12 PM)

Cali.. in cmail she had asked me about how to get rid of the cone, I suggested she do a search for the explanation by using search terms vanilla cone, cone, etc...

CalifChick -> RE: Vanilla cone (4/14/2008 11:59:26 PM)

Aha.  Okay, I retract the accusation of postwhoring.  Ahem.  [sm=poke.gif]

heartcream -> RE: Vanilla cone (4/15/2008 1:47:29 AM)

Hey Mod 11, thanks for the information.

Me? I love the vanilla cone. Given a choice I would still have it.

I really dont want to whore-post [sm=writing.gif] to get mine back though. Is there another way? Lol. [sm=onphone.gif]

(My God these emoticoms are so cute! I dont understand the phone one though. It is so freakin cute but why does he seem to blow kisses in the phone and then get angry?)

stella41b -> RE: Vanilla cone (4/15/2008 5:07:31 AM)

Ya know... that is the one thing that would keep me from actually asking for the single vanilla cone as my icon. But yeah... given the choice I'd go back maybe with a key lime or coffee twist. Yummy.

I'll put this to you Mod 11...Why is Vanilla used as a pejorative in the first place?

I think the cone is a great icon for the first 100 or so posts but to make it a dunce cap later???

FatDomDaddy -> RE: Vanilla cone (4/15/2008 5:29:49 AM)

And I will add, the push by this community to use the word vanilla to indicate not only dull, boring, unworthy and beneath contempt but also as something not just to be avoided but too be purged, shunned and mocked is one of the great failings of BDSM

I don't use it, I never have used it, and I have explained why on b.com a couple years ago.

mypain56 -> RE: Vanilla cone (4/15/2008 6:46:46 AM)

ok, So I have to have at least 1200 vanilla cones to move up to something cooler like a dairy queen tin cup blizzered that's crazy but I will persevere as always.....
