Status: offline 		I believe it's is a Myth, based on my experiences so far.   If anything, I've found some of the dark haired to be firey defiant volitie submissives.

I don't see any genetic trends in submission, only cultural trends.  Most natural redheads are of European descent, meaning they will inherit the same European cultural trends as other Europeans have.

I do love redheads, though....

Status: offline 		Redheads are sadly saddled with this stereotype from the moment they are born.  They often learn to "live up to it" and eventually just decide it's who they are.

I find it annoying usually, an excuse for acting crazy (when they seriously try and excuse their behavior), rather than just taking ownership for it.

We all tease about our culture stereotypes and that's fine, but when done as a serious excuse, I don't buy it.

I've been a red-head, brunette and a blonde throughout my life. Was born blonde and am blonde again. All of these experiments in hair color has been thanks to some really good hair salons.

So, IMO, red hair equating to mean fiery/defiant holds about much water as saying blonde hair means dumb.

Status: offline 		To a ceratin degree, i must agree with "Troll" ............. and "Lucky" , and a few others!!!! People expect me to be of a certain mind-set because i am the red haired, green-eyed monster so many fables warn You about ....... than again i have had small minded folks say such things as ...... "ummmmmm, isn't bobbi a boys name???"......... while sucking on their teeth, one hand scratching their head, the other tending to some microbe issue in their inguinal region!!!! ............... yeah, k..........  whatever!!!!

i prefer to think i am saucy as a means to make up for being vertically challenged .......... not because i have red hair and mint green eyes that glow in the dark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a true redhead I only can agree with FT here but I must sadly admit I do have a defiant streak in me .....

Status: offline 		I was born a redhead but as I got older it turned darker til it was a deep brown. I dont think the color changes my personality. I have recently changed (dyed) it back to as close to my childhood color as I can get which others have said compliments my pale skin and green eyes. Hey!..come to think of it, others have called me "saucy" lately..that's new...
