I suspect- skin cancer is partly genetic. Being that my family has a history of it- I need to watch myself. During the summer, I often place a towel over my left forearm, the drivers side window, magnafies the UV rays. The folded towel, adds some protection. BTW my eye glasses have a coating that shields electric rays from computer screen. It was $10 extra, but I live online. So- I had it done. Furthermore- even as you sit. Right where are. Radiation type rays are penetrating you. ie- radio stations, tv station, CBs, satlilite, cell phone, and any thing plugged in to eceltric!!! MY advice- is your bedroom, where ever you sleep. Eliminate as much of the elctric thing as possible. Get rid of unnecessary plug in stuff. This is backed up by science. 8 hours a day- you sleep, and are exposed to that. I would like to have a bedrroom where no rays get in. Im not sure how to build it tho.
