Personally I fall into the 'horny as hell during my period' group, so no restrictions for me! I also tend to crave more intense sensations then so that can be a bonus. But at the same time I've found that orgasms for me can make my occational mild cramps much worse. Supposed to work the opposite way, but apparently I'm rather contrary during that time of the month. lol

From a bisexual standpoint I never minded menstruation in others as blood is generally a turn on for me. And while I don't have kids myself, I've got no squick against pregnant chicks either. *weg*
