Tell him you are a "Stalker Sub" and therefore incompatible with him, since your "styles" won't mesh well (Seriously. Since the implication of his title for himself, is that you'd instantly be so enraptured by him, that you wouldn't need to stalk him).

*even though you're not, it won't matter.

Enraptured Dom is probably more like it... as in he is enraptured with himself. i still would ask if you can have his car if he's raptured... just in case.

What the heck is a "rapture dom"?  I received a pm from a guy claiming to be a rapture dom.  I'm not ready to be transported to meet Jesus.  No, I'm not asking him, sometimes it's best not to respond.

Ah sheesh KatyLied, its all in the journey, didn't he atleast tell you this much.  LOL a funny thread.  There are just so many words that are harmonious with raptured I dare not go there.  lol

If you do, ask him if his real name is Svengali.

Awe, I'm not skeered of his big bad font!

Why doesn't someone ask instead of just making fun of his nick?

So, my question to you all is, are you all laughing at someone's screen name?

Cause IF you are talking about someone's screen name, I can tell you that the person I know who goes by that name is the nicest NICEST person you'd ever want to meet. He's soft spoken, compassionate and knows how to make some mean floggers. And he knows how to use what he makes. (Not to mention his skill with needles and a number of other fun toys)

In fact, if you've ever purchased anything online from the company he is a part of, you'd know the quality of his work. (And some of you HAVE purchased things from him, whether they came from an online purchase or at one of the many events where they vendor - even if you didn't know his screen name.)

The one OTHER thing I can definitely say about him though is that he is so polite that you'd never find him making fun of someone else's nick - no matter what he thought of their screen names. He wouldn't do it in person and he wouldn't do it online. And that's more than just good business sense. It's just the way he is.

Juliet...

People enjoy ridiculing others - else magazines and newspapers would not be so popular.
People lack compassion and empathy yet crave ego and self worth.  Go figure.
One only has to wonder why they do not look at their own names first...

Peace and of course - the Rapture.

I never said it was his screen name!  He self proclaims as a "rapture dom" it has nothing to do with his screen name.

Not sure why this was directed at me juliet??? I was not making fun of his nick, on the contrary... I asked why no one asked him directly what it meant instead of mocking him...

That's okay, I'm still trying to figure out why some of the posters thought I was talking about a screen name when I never said anything about it being a screen name.

I  was never under the impression you were talking about a sceen name. Hell, if it was just a screen name then my first thoughts would be "Wow, he must really like Armageddon week on this history channel" LOL

Well if someone happens to have "rapture" in their screen name and a friend of theirs has strong feelings about them and how they should be treated, they might just jump to conclusions and make a point.

No big deal really.  We all know screen names can cause a wide variety of reactions in people.

who knows why.

i read the entire thread *insert shock and awe here* figured out that you were making fun of the fact he calls himself a "rapture" dom. i was thinking he's religious or something of a holy roller trying to convert you.

you could always have fun meeting "aristocrat" dom who enjoys viewing my profile.

Whats wrong with being a legend in your own mind? It will do until you become a legend in other peoples minds.
