Actually, Madame, the bigger danger is for the outer condom to come off during shagging and disappear irretrievably inside the shagee's orifice. There is nothing worse than bending over to pick up your stockings off the floor, letting one rip, and making an anal condom bubble that any bubble gum chewing teenager would be proud of!
