While we are on the subject... I bought some red and green curry sauces, some peanut sauce, and a couple of other things. I stir fry veggies while making somen or soba noodles. Sometimes I throw in nuts for protein. Sometimes I throw in coconut milk, other times I throw in cut up coconut meat. When the veggies are done, I throw in a bunch of the curry or peanut sauce, 1/2 cup of cream, and the noodles, and stir fry it up until the noodles suck up some of the moisture. I guess the point I am trying to make is that it is less about following a recipe, and more about looking at a bunch of items and deciding what to do with them. Look up food from cultures that have small amounts of protein and how they put it to good use. Sinergy
