It seems to me that, if I was a Dominant seeking a submissive, I would be leary of one who identified her/himself as "a no-limits slave" simply because who knows what kinds of things previous Dominants had made them do; do you really want to be involved with a sub that just lets anyone do anything to them? What if the previous owner of the "no limits" slave HAD, as someone earlier suggested, made the sub drink HIV infected blood because s/he had no limits? It seems to me that self-preservation would cause one to stay away from a sub who has "no limits."
For me, I do not say that I have no limits, but, in the context of a loving relationship, the trust can be developed in such a way that I would never even think of telling my Master no. I had a relationship like that once, I trusted Him implicitly and knew that He would not do anything to harm me, mentally or physically, because it would not serve His needs and purposes to have a broken slave. In this relationship I had no limits but the ones He set at His own whim. It wasn't to the point where I would have killed myself at His request, but it didn't need to be because what good is a dead slave to a living Master? I think that this Master could have broken some of my limits in the midst of a session and it would have been fine ... because he knew me well enough to judge when it was safe to push the envelope.
That kind of trust is heady and intoxicating.
