Status: offline 		I hate it when I find out that friends from my graduating class have died. People with so much potential, who have impacted those around them, should never die so young.

Status: offline 		Thanks Red, it truly is unfortunate. It seems as though ever since flight 800, my town has seen more than its fair share of tragedies. I just hope the families see happiness soon.

Status: offline 		i hate it when i go to see the new therapist and i spend the entire hour crying very hard. i hate it even worse when at the end she asks me if it's okay if she can bring Him in so we can talk about where i'm at. 

i hate it as well, that she even thought that i would be in need of a decompression session before next week.

Ignore his emails, dump his mail in the round file cabinet unopened and don't answer his phone calls. He said Bye Bye, make him mean it unless you like playing an emotional sadistic game of ping pong. However I would like you to consider something:

If all of his needs are being met by another person
IF he is over you and has moved on

Why in the name of all that is DeSade is he still contacting you? He should have no need to call and drop little digs that keep you from moving on and getting over him unless he ain't all that over you. Close the door on him dear and move on..you might be surprised at what is waiting in the wings for you when you are ready. In the mean time, block this person if you are not interested in playing his games, get some sleep and don't let him darken your dreams.

Revel in the fact you can cry. Celebrate that your "Him" is willing to go with you, and to hold you afterwards. Know that the pain you are dealing with will eventually get easier and easier to face until you reach a point it no longer affects your life.

Status: offline 		I hate it when my dad and I are sitting and talking and I start to cry because one of my biggest regrets is not joining the Army when I had the chance, even though it would've meant leaving college because I wanted to be career Army.  God bless my dad because He reached over and patted my hand and said, "I have no doubt that you would've been a good soldier, sweetie."  (This means everything to me since he's part of the Great Generation of WW2 vets.)

**Every time i feel good - and think - yes - i am ok - i have taken a step forward - i am beginning to heal - there's this mail or the call again...like clockwork. And he does not darken my dreams..really...chuckles..i don't sleep..*L*..**i am trying very very hard to get over Him. i just sent a very clear mail to him just now about leaving me alone - toss my numbers/mail.
