I got popped in the nose yesterday, Perse, by Mr. Smarties. We went to hug each other and he jumped up just as I bent over to hug him. His skull slammed into my nose, giving me a bloody nose and seeing LOTS of stars.

He's fine, never felt it.... my nose on the other hand.......

Rain...i did the same thing with the LO...right on the bridge of my nose. It took a few days for them to show up, but i had two great looking shiners.....

and by the way...black eyes covered with make-up bear a striking resemblance to black-eyes covered with make-up.....

Then isn't it a good thing that I rarely wear makeup? And never concealer or foundation though I've been thinking about trying one of those mineral powders.

And right on the bridge of the nose is where he clocked me. Maybe this is a good excuse to go get those sunglasses I've been needing!

I wouldn't do that because Lumus has an ex that went around telling anyone and everyone that He was abusive towards her. Because He wouldn't let her do whatever she wanted and spend all the money how SHE wanted to spend it, like in NOT paying rent or bills.

Lumus can seem like a cold Bastard at times but that's just the way He is. Very logical and analytical. That doesn't mean He's abusive just because some bimbo from hell didn't get her way.... I still get looks and questioned a few times about if He's being abusive to me.

put a blob of blush.blue/purple eyeshadow on the bridge of your nose. There will be no doubt to strangers about how you got the black eyes.

And Rain...black eyes that result from a blow to the bridge of the nose are generally symmetrical. Bruises like that are not associated with abuse. .

Oooooooo, I have the perfect shade of eyeshadow too! It's called"currant craze" (if I remember right, all I remember is the currant part) and is a fabulous smoky deep purple. In fact, have the perfect blue too. And a black eyeshadow. (I know, black eyeshadow sounds gross but it looks really cool and gives the eyes a nice smokey look. Because it's neutral, you can wear it with ANYTHING!

(Ok, yes, I'm a makeup whore, have makeup to go with anything. Don't ask about the 16 shades of lipstick/lip gloss I have!)
