Well, just for the record, I recently scored a zoom lens for my camera for a whopping $20.50........e-bay is a wonderfully EVIL place!!!!!! But I do more damage at Overstock.com........I found the Riverdance dvd I'd been looking for, and another one that I wasn't......wish I could find the soundtrack....no luck there...it's been discontinued by the manufacturer. {sigh}

I now leave my closet door open so light gets in, cuz I SWEAR that dirty laundry reproduces in the dark!!!!! Sorta like those wire coat hangers in your closets.......and I, for one, don't mind hauling it all to a laundrymat, you get two weeks worth of laundry done in what amounts to the time it takes to do one load in a washer and dryer.....I looooove those big heavy duty high capacity washers...they are a girl's best friend!

Actually. . . what I find even scarier. . . as a non-trad student in college, the sheer number of "regular" college students in my classes that truely did NOT know how to wash their clothing or cook a meal for themselves. What is up with that?

It's called "Mom did everything for me!" syndrome.

When we were all at home in April for my parent's bash, my son surprised the heck out of my mom......she asked him and Angel what they wanted for breakfast, Vincent said french toast, and then proceeded to make and cook it all by himself for both of them! Did bacon and eggs one morning too.....he's a pretty good cook as far as a guy goes.

Before we were married, my ex thought he'd be helpful, and decided to wash some of my whites with his...we were in the military yet......he tossed all of my underwear and white t-shirts in with his, along with his sweat socks...two of which had RED stripes on them....filled the machine with hot water......yep, you got it...bright PINK t-shirts......which the military frowned upon when in uniform. Sort of clashed with the OD Green.....I've never let a man touch my laundry again!!!!!

Yanno, I always thought flights to Florida were cheap...granted, I'm looking to fly into one city and out another, but still, that's almost $1000!!! I might end up flying into Central FL and driving to each interview! The best scenario would be that the one I have next week turns out good, but I won't know that for a bit...hafta jump thru all the hoops and stuff!

And it doesn't help that I'm literally going from one end of FL to the other....Miami to Tallahassee!

BTW, all...thanks for the good thoughts! Keeping my finners crossed!
