It costs $.97 to send up to a one ounce letter outside the US.  There is no "special" stamp that I know of, you just put 3 regular stamps on the envelope or just ask the post office to fix it up for you and give them some monies.

Status: offline 		morning everyone...not sticking around today, i had to drive in said winds last night, and tonight i get to drive in the snow then are currently producing as it is 26 degrees(and dropping with the sun instead of rising) right now and i do have to work tonight i am crawling my happy ass back to bed cause it's warmer under the quilt.

i'll stop by later.

{whispers to holly next time chisel off some of the meatloaf and use that to start the snowball}

Okay. . . I lied.  I just got back from the post office and it is $.75 to send a letter to Canada or Mexico.  I must have been thinking of the KSA rate when it looked like Sunny was going to be there for Christmas.

Bummer...it's cold here again!!!!!  (But I still have the a/c on......sowwy, but since I'm not paying for it, it's cold in here!)

Who wants to come shovel the driveway, eh? There's not much snow out there... driveway is maybe three car lengths long, shouldn't take you long...
