In the aftermath of this wind storm when i looked around and all i saw was the damage. The Christmas lights we put up were not just knocked down, but the bulbs were actually blown out of the sockets. The Christmas flags were in separate fields, the flag poles are heaven knows where. Tree branches are everywhere. Several pieces of siding were taken off...the paint on Jims car is scratched thanks to falling pine branches...trash cans are gone as are the little ones toys...

But...

I lifted a huge tree branch to get it out of the driveway and underneath was a tiny but oh so perfect little birds nest. It is made of the smallest and most delicate twigs and should not have survived being blown all the way across a football sized field.

Sometimes when you look around and see nothing but damage, you need to look again

Since yesterday I know how that feels...I had my very own world as well

Instead of lieng in my C-Doms very white bed I was drowning (though not drowning as dieing just sinking very deep) in a very colourfoul and soft ocean of bedding...gosh it was awesome

There were countless colourful loughing cotton wool balls additionally

Only shame is that I have no clue for how long I have actually been there and there must already have been some form of environmental catastrophe...such as an oil leak from a tanker or so

because my back side is very dark and I am not getting it off

Oh I loved my own little paradise....though I did not like the brick of the wall which kept hitting the sides of my face when I head to leave it again

I got my new trackball thingy for my laptop today, it fits on my index finger and you work the ball with your thumb.... perfect for when I am donating plasma!!!
