My girlfriend is trans* and one of the things I have learned is crucial is to work on a feminine voice. Clothes and makeup are great, but Girlfriend gets called "ma'am" even when she's in what I called her tomboy mode (i.e. presenting male). If you can, find a voice coach who specializes in working with transgender clients to help you work on your femme voice. If there isn't one in your area, check YouTube. YouTube has just about everything. If your voice is very deep, you might not be able to master a feminine voice without surgery, but the voice coaching will help some.

I dont know how I have missed this thread until today, It caught my eye and Im so happy it did.
I just spent the weekend at my pets, and we spent an amazing fun hour in goodwill, getting a spring wardrobe together for him, (we have the fetish clothing sorted, we have make up and nails sorted, peds and manicures etc), we picked up some lovely velvet flats for him and a couple of long skirts, and some light angora sweaters. We are lucky that we share the same size feet, so he can wear my shoes, which go from pumps to thigh boots depending on the situation.
He actually has more panties than I do. I make matching jewelery for him, he knows how personalised it is and takes great pleasure in wearing them. We also surfed some flea markets for some clip on earrings, altho I have also got some pierced ones to change the backings on.
Im very picky about wigs tho, while I enjoy the trashy side for the house, Im looking at an expensive one for when he actually is ready*in my opinion* to face the world(not just fet events).
Its been a great experience for both of us.
Ive also helped out a chap in the past couple of weeks who came to the store for some lingerie advice, and spent more than a few hours helping him on what would be comfortable, to start him off on his road, and given him much the same advice as Ive just found here. So IM very happy to see that, ive given him some good stuff. Im going to be seeing him at a munch in a couple of weeks(out of dress)
He had many misconceptions about what the RULES were, and thought he would have to be "trashy" to please a Domme.
Ive had many TG/CD/TV friends over the years, I wish they all had the wealth of infomration given in this topic.
