Thing is, I will treat it as a serious question because it might be and at least if this couple chose that path then it will be a little safer,
My personal oppinion is that it is insane to wish for that, sheer insanity but that said my mind remains open,
I was talking to a woman once that had been in the lifestyle a long time and actually had her clit, hood, inner labia and nipples surgically removed.
She did it because she wanted objectification to the point of no longer having the femininity, she also shaved her hair and other little things, point was, no-one did it to her, she had it done to herself, for herself.
Lets not be too qwuick to jump, yes it isn't my fetish, yes it isn't yours and yes this man is most likely an idiotic HNG, I am not supporting him or how he phrazed his question however it's worth remembering that at one point... branding, scarification, piercing, inner labia removal, all of these things were "sick"
Two consenting adults have right to their kink though we may not feel it is the right choice, hell, some people choose to have holes through thier bodys stretched to gargantuan proportions, their insides poking onto the outside (rosebudding) and lots of other things, I don't agree with it, but too me sick is things involving non consent, unmentionables etc, not the practice between two people.
