Tell him you understand he feels helpless, and you are trying to help... and be nice about it. But if he continues to be an ass he can call on his siter he is so nice to and have her take care of him.

Status: offline 		Asher honey.. at least you are getting interviews! That in and of it's self is a good sign.

Shit Soft and I have been out of work since Nov. I have had 2 interviews ( one a phone interview) and she got her first one today. Neither of us qualified for Unemployment so it *really* sucks.

It is just a suck ass time not to have a job.. like so many of us do.

Get onto your case worker.. and make sure you turned in all of the nessasary paperwork. it is akin to jumping through flaming hoops.. but every little bit helps.

Ask for a new case worker, or reapply. I had to reapply because the fucktards from my old work refused to fill out the information, and fax it. ( for 2 months) I had to storm the office and sit on them untill they handed me the docs, and take it to the case worker myself.

Status: offline 		I hate it when I get a mind numbing migraine last night that would not go away... and a low grade fever.
I hate it when I can not sleep due to the pain, and sweating to death.. and stay up most of the night.
I hate it when my girl gets so worried about me.. and threatens to take me to the Hopsital.
I hate it now that the migraine is mostly gone.. and the sinuses are running a marathon the contractions are back. Geez.. can I not have some peace?
I also hate it that my poor honey kept on trying to talk herself out of going to the interview. She has been so bummed about the job situation so it is hard to get excited at even a slim chance.

Ok new one.. I hate sneezing in the middle of a contracton. Holy Hera! Yowech! *holds onto the punanni to make sure the baby doesnt fly out*

Instead of responding to what he is yelling about, try the tactic of acknowledging his feelings.  Something like, "it must be really hard on you to be less independent" or "it must be very difficult to have to ask for help."  It tends to disarm people. 

I gave that tip to a co-worker after her mom had a stroke.  Her dad kept yelling at her, and I told her to stop responding to the words that he was saying (yelling about her kids causing a ruckus at the hospital when they were not), and try instead saying, "dad, i'm scared too, it's okay to be scared."

I hate it that the wireless router is on the bed, mocking me.  I think I am gonna chuck it out, or sell the damn thing.

I hate it that even though the puking has stopped, I am still kinda cold.  I look like a freakin eskimo!  2 sweaters, socks, shoes, gloves, a blanket, and a freakin scarf.  Bleh.  Someone tell the weather people to plug the east coast back in, please?

I hate that there is some very obvious chemistry between myself and someone else that I'm pretty close to but because of various reasons it will go no further that it is at this moment Unless we are both completely stupid.

~sigh~  i hate it when i manage to outdo everyone on the Really Sucky Interview list by arriving in the area of my interview half an hour early, then looking in the same one block space for the building i needed for over an hour.  It wasn't there.  Or i couldn't find it.  Honest.  Who the heck moves a building?  i called home at least six times for help, just in case i'd gotten some bit of information on the address wrong.  Gwyn even used Google satellite map and described what the building would look like.  There was nothing!

It must have been the day though.  She sent me off to find an item from FreeCycle after we realized that i was foolishly rather than fashionably late to the interview, and i got hopelessly lost.  Finally i turned into a mall, found the pet store, and sat on the floor in front of the guinea pig cage for about half an hour.  i think i'd name the red shorthair with the white streak on his nose, Walter.  Eventually my lady rescued me.  The pet store staff seemed disappointed though.  i think they were hoping i'd ask them to wrap up the bunch.

She did make a lovely shepherd's pie for supper though.  That part of the day was good.  Oh, oh, and the boy has moderate, not acute, asthma.  Definitely a happy.
