On a serious note. . . you need to file harrassment charges.  You would need to talk to someone and find out in which court you should do this and if it should be done before or after the stealing thingy, but you NEED to do that.

Ouch, Sunny.   Ex's suck, and not in a good way.  Your ex seems to suck even more than most...

I just want to be left alone, but unless I drop the protective order, he's told me through friends, He'll do everything in his power to fuck my life up. I dont even know if I CAN show up for the subpoena. This is a different matter then the reason for the protective order,so, I dont know if my protective order would be thrown out if I show up to court and he is there. I had to remind the DA last time something like this came up, when the hearing for the assult charges came up, that I had a protective order against him, so I didnt know if it would be effected by that court date. Well apparently in oklahoma it could have been thrown out because I showed up at that court date. Thankfully the DA immediately informed the judge of the snafu and they waived my appearence. So...it may be the same thing all over again.

GOD! It's only been one month since the last court date because of him! I just want to live my life and have him be the fuck out of it!

Let's face it, Sunny - we have some SERIOUSLY SCREWY laws here in Oklahohum.  I've lived here for all but 10 months out of my 43 years, and I'm Still confused by some of the crap on the books here.

I hate it when DB and I have play time tonight and He sends me waaaaaayyyyy over the edge into my warm spacey place, then as I'm coming back to earth, asks me to get Him a soapy washcloth, and I bring Him a tub of baby wipes, and He gives me a    look, that makes me say, "You wanted a washcloth, didn't You?"... and He says, "Yes,"... so I say, "That was the next thing I was getting, hold onto these till I get back" which makes Him give me another    look... as I turn and walk into my closed bedroom door, and say, "I'm opening that in a second."

(which now makes me give myself a   look as I think about it)

wow... I didn't know one of the side effects of subspace was run-on sentences

Kali,

Did it never ONCE occur to just hold your hand out under her to make sure that she did not sink?  And then wait and see if she swam?

Just asking?  Because that is what I did with my kitten Fuzzy Britches.  I miss him.  He was a nice kitty.

The other half misses him as well.  He used to wake him in the morning by clawing his feet to get him to feed him.

If he is trying to intimidate you through friends, if they are his friends you may be able to get the order of protection extended to them.
If they are your friends then perhaps they should be making a call to the court, telling the court what he is tellling them.

And someone will be able to figure out what you need to do to fulfill the requirements of the court and not violate the order.
Does the court have a victim services liason?
Or you might want to contact the local batered women's services place.

It is wrong that he is harrassing you this way.

...just one hassle comes after another (thankfully not on my placement, though)...yesterday I went to my nightshift, went to my second train (took an earlier one then usual, even when it took longer as I preferred to get later to my destination)...I sat down and what happened....someone obviously got never tought to change the socks...gosh there someone had as smelly feet as I never experienced before...so I moved up to another area of that train where that smell did not follow me...

then I tried to get the ticked for today already, as normally the train ticket machine offers you the option "do you want to buy one for today or for tomorrow"....on that occassion...of course it did not...so I left it for today...

...so I went ahead to go to my nightshift...and after halfway through I started to develop a sore throat (thank you very much)

after that shift I went to that trainstation to get my ticket this time...of course I did not as the machines did not work...(it took my card but then error message came and the same happened to others...). So back off to the next bus again, paying AGAIN and of course by now I missed the connection bus which I normally take if I go through straight away and don't use the train (I simply wanted to start my placement earlier today hence why I wanted to use the train).

So fine, then I decided to take the train from there...but that was just awful as well, so I decided to take the tram for the rest of the journey...well, by now I had miscalculated  I thought it takes 15 minutes and would get me faster to my placement...well, it did not, it took longer as 15 minutes was from a different location then the one I used today...so it took me 12 minutes longer then if I would have just used the train...

However, at some point I was finally at the placement, my pain did not get any better really despite 10 paracetamol over they day and I decided to go home an hour earlier, as I have not had a lunchbreak anyway I could do it easily...luckily my bus - as usual - was late and so I catched one where I assumed it might have gone already...well, if I feel lucky then the agony isn't far away, because after half of that trip that bus broke down  *joy*

So we all off the bus and then I had luck for a change as at that moment the bus afterwards came along (the bus I originally expected to have to wait for) and I was one of the first ones to get over...so at least I got a seat...

thank goodness I am at home now...but am wondering if I should better sleep on the floor with my luck today my bed might fell apart

I finally get informed of what the hell's going on by Hospice, only to have them essentially pull the rug out from  under me, and inform me that I have less than 2 weeks to find replacements (at my own expense) for all of dad's equipment, get him in to see his GP to get new scrips for all his meds, find a new home aide to come in (which I get to start paying for out of pocket, despite the fact that none of the home health companies will even Consider sending someone out for less than 3 hours at a time, even if what they're coming for only takes 20 minutes -  you get to pay a 3 hour minimum) ... and oh yeah, because they're closing his case next Wenesday, I can kiss my respite time goodbye, since It doesn't even come Due until October 1st.  And of course, I can forget about the idea of finally getting my life back - because now they've decided that he could survive anywhere from a few more months, to several more years - say hello to an extended sentence for Good behavior.....
