I admit that I am content in my little corner of the world.

I admit that I went to my second Al-Anon meeting today and there was only two of us...it was great because she was an adult child of an alcoholic too and I didn't feel like I was the odd duck out. She wasn't there the previous week.

I admit that I am still hunting down "the voice" and won't say who he is until he's mine. We're over 95% there already.

I admit that I'm riding a nice wave of frenzy and am looking forward to his next day off.

I admit that this is still going to be one heck of a ride when I finally put a saddle on that bronc.

I admit the storm that hit my area yesterday was short but very damaging.

I admit that I still had no power when I left for work this AM but after seeing all the trees down I'm not complaining about losing power! That can be restored easily enough.

I admit that cold showers in July aren't as bad as cold showers in February!

In that respect I am happy to quote my sports coach who used to say "scars make a person interesting."

And it is true, considering that every scar has it's own story to tell

though I am glad that my scars on my index finger are barely noticeable because people would call "Holly Shit" if they would see how often those knifes end up in there...like last sunday again at work

I admit I am glad my very-busy-weekend-indeed is finally over

I admit my tv choice will be limited this week as my bill from them was declined by my bank

but at least I still have my basic ones for now and will get the other ones back thursday night once my salary comes in...maybe even earlier, depending when next amazon payment gets here...

I admit I think it is a bit pathetic that even my catch-up-tv-on-demand is blocked, considering I can still watch those via internet

I admit I hoped they would wait with that until next week

I admit I have no idea where the kitten are gone...mommy cat has hidden them very well indeed right now

I admit Sir A and I were a lot in contact over the weekend which made time fly by at work much faster and he finally got me in that damn corner to stop having a go at him

I admit whilst it is certainly better that way, that I nevertheless dislike addressing him...but as he says by now, either his way or no way...

fine...time will tell

I admit my ginger cat Curry hissed at every visitor here so far...except him...

I admit I hope that the issues caused by VP's storm will be fixed again soon.

I admit I felt blessed in 1999 when one particular rock protected our village from a huge storm we had...as according to our previous neighbour that particular rock was shaken a lot from that storm on boxing day...and having seen the damage caused from it around our village...no doubt about that...whilst our water wasn't even effected from it we only had to accept that we had no TV for 3 days...but thats ok...(in our house it only appeared like a very strong wind....we had not realised what was going on until the TV went black and we realised then that my brothers godfather was on the radio as his company had to fix electricity issues all over the place).

I admit during that storm my godfathers wife was at first amused, seeing how the tiles on the roof from a neighbour house went a few times up and then down again...in its place...until she realised that at the same time her own tiles were falling off the roof on the other side of her house...
I admit I am knacked...after my 3 long shifts and lunch with my ex...time now for a nap...

I admit my mood is still giggly, despite the fact I was just told I had to pick my own punishment....and not just one, but for 3 offenses!

I admit it's beautiful out today, and I messaged dad to ask if he'd moved the house to a different country while I slept!

I admit I need to be doing housework, but this weekend put me a few steps backwards in the pain department and I'm not moving so well.

Me, too, Sophie. I have such bad problems with my ankles/tendons, etc. that I just go for what doesn't hurt and call it a day.

I admit that I wanted to see a show at Blues Alley this past weekend and it wasn't possible. Oh well...

I admit I have you beat there, I only have two pairs of shoes, sandles and tennis shoes, for times when sandles are not appropriate.
