Status: offline 		I admit it, I totally lost my shit for a while last night. 5 people living in this house had promised to to various things, and absolutely NO ONE got off their dead ass to do it. Since they aren't my slaves or subs, I couldn't administer punishment.

I admit it, I'm doing much better today.

I admit it, my 83 year old mother (you know, the one raised during the depression, who has a 23 year old pork loin in her freezer) actually helped clean out her cupboards. I am afraid that aliens have taken my real mom, and that there is something else in her place.

I admit that I actually like that idea.

Status: offline 		I admit that I loved my mother dearly, and have no wish to disrespect the departed, but my mother was.. co-dependant as hell, having no apparent wish to help herself (even back when she was still healthy enough and physically able to do for herself) or for anything to ever be any different, would not let me (an only child and later a single working parent) get assistance for her, and wanted to live her life through me (called me several times a day, wanted me to take her everywhere I went). Never delusional or violent, generous and trusting to a fault, gentle of spirit, but a very unhappy soul who is most assuredly in a better place.
Her ashes are sitting about two feet away from my hands as I type this.
Bless her heart..

                                              Thank you for my life, Mama. Now we are both at peace.
