no worries Nueva, you weren't; people relate to each other via whatever means they have. its the relating that makes the difference. =) i admit, i cut my run short -- the threat of rain was too high, and i don't want to get stuck in anything serious. the showers at the beginning were no big deal but the sky's gotten darker and the wind's gotten stronger, so it looks like we might be in for more storms. i admit, no matter how much i improve (i'm running my miles faster and feeling less tired afterwards), i always hit a point where my chest seems to tighten up and it gets difficult to breathe. i stop and walk until it backs off, and then get back to it. when i was a kid a teacher thought i had asthma, and i know my mom has it. i wonder if i do? that would be a pain in the neck. i figure as long as i'm doing better, not worse, it's not too much to be worried about, but if it gets serious, i'll have to add that to my list of "perhaps a doctor's advice would be handy for this..."
