I admit, the first time my new job brought me joy today and it feels freaking awesome I admit it's not because of my boss, no, she remains as annoying as usual (she seriously should take some therapy as she admitted yesterday to be anxious that my only interest might be to change her rules, cause thats what other previous staff did, after all...me regularly yawning in my mind, as quite frankly it is tiring to be tried to compared to her previous staff almost every other day ) but it is as I did homework again today with my allocated kid (sadly I'm only allocated to her when our student is at school ) and you could see, that the penny dropped I admit we studied for her math exam and she desired a lot to kill me (who doesn't...)after two hours of studying but during the third hour I finally got through to her, which was a true joy to watch her exercises were like: 2 2/5 + 34 3/4 * 1 2/8 = and then she had to calculate it with changing it into 2,4 + 34,75 * 1,25 =. I admit she struggled big time to change it from division numbers into comma numbers until I told her to simply calculate 7/8 as 7:8 and that way she realised that via that way it is easy to get the number 0,875 and following that, the remaining exercises were a true piece of cake I admit it felt so great to watch her from then onwards and I hope that this will improve her exam tomorrow a lot...she'd truly deserve it as she does work hard for school, especially as she changed half a year ago from a special needs school into our lowest type of normal school...so I wish her to achieve a good result and remain a bit sad, that I couldn't prepare her more for tomorrow but will be with her in my thoughts during her exam I also admit we got her dictation down from 24 to 5 mistakes this week and hope she will do well with that one on friday... I admit in such moments it truly doesnt matter to me if my boss is annoying or not, cause I know I got a step forward with a kid and quite frankly, that's what I'm there for I admit I send hugs to all who need them
