She is so very pretty. She snores like a truck driver with a sinus infection... although this may just be a passing thing.

lilsubl -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/3/2007 9:29:25 PM)

as a former truckdriver, let me just offer my condolences...

lilsubl -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/3/2007 9:41:37 PM)

well, i was thinking that you were the one who would need the condolences...or a set of earplugs......

TheHeretic -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/3/2007 9:52:06 PM)

I'm told by a very reliable witness that I snore quite a bit less now that I'm not making my living behind the wheel.  Any theories?

fewer diesel fumes??  seriously, do you weigh less now?  i think that weight can have a lot to do with snoring.....

TheHeretic -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/3/2007 11:12:16 PM)

Weight is out.  This happened within a week of changing jobs and I haven't even been driving a desk for 6 weeks yet (and probably gaining weight with the reduction of exercise.

I am breathing much better air and smoking a lot less.  I'm not constantly running on short sleep either.

TheHeretic -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/3/2007 11:31:35 PM)

There are some serious, shake the house, snorers in my family.  The level of fatigue always seemed to play a role in whether anybody else could sleep.  It seems that the nights I just dropped like a rock into bed were the ones when I was most likely to find my wife on the couch when my alarm went off.

lilsubl -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/3/2007 11:58:20 PM)

there's your answer then...i know that when i was driving, i often was lucky to get 3-5 hours sleep each night...of course, my last husband was very considerate:  he would only snore till i fell asleep & not start up again till i woke up each morning...i'm also a very odd bird--case you haven't guessed that yet--in that i find the sound of someone snoring next to me to be a very comforting sound & it puts me right to sleep......

TheHeretic -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/4/2007 12:09:37 AM)

Alright, she's had her head start to get to sleep before I do.

lilsubl -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/4/2007 12:13:31 AM)

night night...my next communication will be from the North Woods........

dcnovice -> RE: Last one to post, wins (6/4/2007 4:56:23 AM)

Good luck with the move, lilsubl!
