I have a trick for getting the sauce to glaze very nicely on the ribs and chicken but I prefer rubs for steaks or the bigger cuts. There is a lot I haven't done and I have to admit, I'm still learning what works and doesn't on the new grill. The last round of tri-tips I did wound up well-done somehow. I knew my wife was a keeper the afternoon she saw me with bbq sauce up my nose and didn't run away.
