It actually crossed my mind that the unusual appearance of the genitalia might be a result of sexual reassignment surgery (male-to-female transsexual)... one potential side effect of which is a rectovaginal fistula, meaning that this might not be a piercing so much as an insertion of the hook into a pre-existing hole. that is one of my concerns with using an anal hook of the sort that the OP was referring to... the potential of being able to apply significant force to a rigid object inserted into the anus seems like it could result in damage to bits that you don't really want to damage.

That's not to say that ass-hook bondage isn't... interesting, or that i haven't been having any unnatural thoughts about the wooden cane sitting in the other room, just that it's a concern.

But is it not about as big as a finger, and it is smooth, how much damage can one do whit something not thisker than that, sure one can make small tears but i can not imagine it would be to dangerous. But i may be wrong here. i am just guessing.

you're not wrong at all... the safety precautions that come with those hooks warn the purchaser they are not designed to be weight bearing or used as a means of suspension. As such, they're about as risky as inserting a slim (AA-cell powered) vibrator into the anus.

Many people do not realize that anal tissue is actually quite weak and sensitive, and can very easily become teared unlike regular skin. And when a tear forms, it can take a very long time to heal. In anal tissue, blood vessels are very close to the surface of the skin. Even wiping excessively after a bowl movement can cause imflamation, tears, or even hemmorhoids.

Had a hook for about 3 months now, you can buy one at JT Stockroom, they are cheap.
I believe Extreme Restraints has them in 2 sizes.

In addition to the rope bondage uses being discussed here...
I run a chain from the hook to the top of a vertical slave cage, tighten, and lock to a
O ring. Keeps the subbie very much on his/her toes.
