Trapped...Im telling you, come move to Ocala and get an internship at our art museum here......I wont even charge you rent.....

Testing artifacts.....my eyes are going crosseyed and I had to give up to a migraine yesterday afternoon...I need a higher power loupe...or a really great microscope......or better eyes.....

Status: offline 		Its not really a vacation...we are traveling up to georgia for an artifact show and had planned on staying an extra day to kinda relax and walk around savannah...but now this old guy is planning on tagging along.....it really sucks....although it means we are gonna make alot more money, but ive really been looking forward to the weekend alone with Daddy without the UMs....

Status: offline 		Eh. Well I would consider that vacation . But that just me. I mean it's not a true vacation to the Caribain or anything but your taking one or more days out of your normal life to do something fun and interesting. Which in my book I consider Vacation.

Status: offline 		Arrrrghhhhhhhh......Last year I bought some webpage building software from Staples. Not the high dollar software, just some decent one for me to try out and see if I liked it. Ive been using it for a year, the company's been great, I already had my own domain name but they give me a certain amount of web space and around 50 email addresses for $5 a month. Really..not a bad deal. I design and upload my own pages, but whenever I have technical questions they have been really good about helping me work through things. Anyway, sometime last week I tried to build a few new pages to add to my current site. The pages woulndt upload. They wont even work without uploading them, even in the software program on my computer the new files wont save. Ive been chatting with their technicians for several days, both online and on the phone, the same technician whom Ive worked with on previous issues who has always been really great and helpful and has a really sexy voice...I give up. Its just not working. So I call the manufacturer of the software instead of the hosting sites technician. Check this shit out...they just came out with an upgrade to their software, they installed some crappy little peice of programming into the old versions so they stop working once the new version is on the market (dumb me for signing up for automatically checking for new updates when I log on to the internet with the software).....so you are FORCED to buy their new upgrade. Gads Im aggravated right now....So, do I go out to the store and purchase a different comanies software, rebuild my entire site and begin hosting with them? Or do I suck it up and buy their upgrade with the discout they are giving me? It would be cheaper in the long run to just buy the upgrade, but Im halfway tempted out of spite to stop doing business with them for pulling such a dirty little trick.....

Status: offline 		Well seeing as how you were having troubles with the program your using before. . But this is another problem, if you choice to buy new product. Will you have to do the same shit you did before call them up for info. Will you have to learn new junk since it's new product.
I personally would stick it out. If you like your old program just upgrade, I mean they sound like they are willing ot help you out. Which is huge on my book. Or do what I do find someone who is even more Nerdy/geeker than me and have them do it for me. Of course I bribe my friends into it  lets says I buy them lunch or something :P not sure if this helps or not but my two cents. you know what I"m making it my two quarters. two cents is so cheap.
I never used webpage building. Or anything of that sort of stuff. I'm on internet for games, forum, chat, and work.

Status: offline 		Well...its honestly the only thing that keeps me online all day..I mean sure I enjoy chatting with you lovely folks, but the main reason Im online is the webpage...which definantly does bring in some much needed added income...I made $700 this past weekend off it and I am expecting another $1200 in checks sometime this week. Granted most of that money is on consignment pieces so technically Im only pocketing about a third of that, its still a definant bonus. And yes, up until Ive really liked the software, its easy to use, has some great features, and when I cant figure something out on my own they are always good about helping walk me through something.....I just cant believe a business would stoop so low as to force its customers to upgrade...although Im sure it probably happens all the time and Im just nieve....

Well Ghita you have to think of it this way. They need money to run business too. Yeah it  might not seem ethnical( I think i spelt it right) But its way for them to get money So they can keep making upgrades for you. I would really just upgrade. ( I didn't not say this nor did tell you this) Can always download the program *Cough* :) but that where the Geeky/Nerdy friend come into play :P lol Warning Downloaded illegal prgoram is wrong anyone. It is agianst the law to steal.

Status: offline 		laughs...actually....I did just go and buy the upgrade..in the downloadable form...so..yea..Im downloading it but I paid to download it.....lol....unfortunantly I didnt realize how big a file the upload is and according to the dowload window I have 10 hours and 42 minutes remaining before the file is compleate....ARRRGHHHH. It was going to cost me 15$ extra to buy it on CD and have it mailed....hopefully my internet connection doesnt time out before its done.....

But yet I still wouldn't even know how to create my own webpage nto that I would or anything. I just don't see how the processes works.
Shesh I think I would die if I had that internet connection. :(
Then turn into a zombie. Can't foret about the zombies.

Status: offline 		Ive created a few for other people, My Sir suggested I try doing it regularly to make some extra money, but it just takes so much bloody work and time I really would have to charge an amazing amount of money so I could pay someone else to come watch my kids so it really wouldnt be worth it...Im not that great of a web designer although I know enough to be able to not just have to use the templates that came with the software I can code my own pages at least.....but I like the ability to be able to use the drag and drop capabilities of the software when I want to...
