in my groin area impact my ability to find a Domme.  i recently had hernia surgery (not healed yet) and will have a lasting scar.  the only good thing is that for the first time in my life my entire pubic area is shaven.   maybe because the prep nurse said i was being a "good boy".  thanks for your input.

Sweetheart....  why on Earth should it?  And if it does affect a Domme's opinion, then you need to keep looking until a nice lady finds you!

I have a scar that goes along the entire abdomen..fortunately it's very straight and not terribly noticeable anymore.  I have a scar about 4-5 inches along my left elbow.  I have 2 small round scars on my right shoulder.  I have numerous small scars all over my body.

The one thing they all have in common...NO ONE has ever mentioned them unless I did.  NO ONE has ever told me that those scars made me hideous, that they affected my personality in any way.

I seriously doubt your scar will prevent a woman from finding value in you if you are a worthy person.

My 24/7 slave has just such a scar that has faded and faded with time.  There is no reason that a scar like that should have any impact at all.

On another note, I understand that is a very painful procedure.  Get well soon!

there's creams and stuff to that can help scars reduce as the sore heals. Neosporin is supposed to reduce the effects of scaring and so was miderma I think, don't quote me on the name of the last product tho.

Angel has a scar across his chest from surgery when he was a child. It is very noticable, about 6 inches long, and will never go away.  He has other physical imperfections as well.  *shrug* He is still perfect in my eyes.
Thats what you need to find, someone who thinks you are perfect thought your imperfections.

scars don't mean anything to me.  Very few physical things matter as far as I'm concerned....

I like scars. I find running my fingers over them soothing. They're a mark of reality. So you never know. A strategically placed scar could be an asset.

having a hernia scar won't affect your ability to find a Domme. I've had on since childhood and it has faded and is tough to see anymore. To me, scars aren't bothersome and I like to think of them as my battlescars from lifes trials! I earned every single one on my body  *grins*

i've got 2 scars across my stomach that meet right above my bellybutton a gastrointestional tube scar. an ileocolotomy ( dunno how to spell it) scar a dimple in my leg from an iv.. a cutdown scar on each side of my neck a burn mark on my foot and a c section scar.all but the c section.. i've had those scars my whole life and they have not affected anything i've done and everyone who knows me accepts that and the fact that w/out these scars i'd be dead.

The scar really won't hurt your chances one bit.  If your search for Dommes is only online, though, I'd be far more concerned with the lack of information in your profile, as well as the fact that you're married and looking for a fairly unrealistic situation (24/7 underground disappearance).

To the OP, Only if she's a metric nut, then just call it a 10cm scar

If I was topping someone who was that worried about a scar, I'd end up taking one of 2 approaches
1) Oh look, a line for me to sign on if I decide to keep your worthless bones
2) Oh, don't worry about that. give me a couple of hours with Hydra, and you won't even remember which one was from the operation.

but yes, I'd also agree with CandyLover about your profile

I don't think i know anyone with a perfectly unflawed body.
I personally have a six inch appendix scar, a 4 inch scar across my bikini line, several 2 cms scars around my belly button, various burn scars and various blister and cut scars. I do scar easily.
I have never met anyone my scars mattered to, i really wouldnt worry
