Could you define the word “really” in this context? (You might want to refrain from using the words, real and true, or any veriation there of. ;) ) If you are referring to “in person” the answer is yes. Though I can only speak for myself, but am fairly confident, I have read the words of others, declaring they too have met in person. Welcome to the boards. k

you might want to check out the positive experiances thread....but uhm. no one really meets ON here...however people who began chatting on here occasionally meet in real life, if thats what you meant.

I have met several people from collarme offline. I have met several other people, (from hanging out in my community who have turned out to have accounts here.

As of this minute, there are currently 1100 users on the forums. Of those 1100 users 989 are my own varied profiles. So the chance of really meeting anyone aside from myself is not that great.

If your are asking if any of us take our interaction to real time then the answer for me is yes. I have met 4 people in real time that I have found first on this site and a few that have profiles on here that I met in other situations. One of the people I met is a good friend and playmate. One introduced me to the "local" scene. One is my pet. Does that help? Lady Jag (Psy)

Greetings, SJ and I originally corresponded through CM. Then we met in real life but just looking to play, nothing serious. Two months later we were spending every free moment together. As it turns out, we lived in a coop together in college at the same time, have numerous friends in common and have essentially led parallel lives. C and i met here. Been living together since April last year, getting married next feb so...... CM worked for us. As we lived in different towns i dont think we would have met without it. have fun[:)] c
