Every woman who would be my slave starts out as a virgin, regardless of how many kids she has or how many penises have penetrated her in the past.

I sort of consider it that way with rapes. Sadly, a lot of girls I've known have been raped. Some of them, several times over a period of time by the same person. So those never count against a person. Not that.. it's attractive to consider, by any means, just.. it doesn't seem right to hold that against someone.

Ummm.....

What in the HELL are you talking about?

MissMagnolia -> RE: Do you care if your slave is a whore? (1/19/2008 11:51:40 PM)

Well I like whores!! Hooray for the whores!

Who gives a fuck as long as they, and you, are happy in their/your own world?

Who has the right to judge or put a number on anything? Especially on a fucking BDSM site.[8|]

Man whore? No. Through omission you proclaimed yourself to be that, quotes or no quotes. Hypocrit? Yes, I admit to accusing you of that, but by your own admission, and proclamation of wanting unsullied partners, just possibly, maybe, been a little hypocritical? As for malicious intent? You may be reading more into my responses than intended, because I am not a very malicious person, unless you piss me off. And it takes a hell of alot more than a simple dissagreement in a chat forum to get a rise out of me.

Ah, forgive me.  Somewhere between being called an "attention whore", a "whore", a "man whore", a hypocrit, and.. well, fogive me if I lose track.. I began to believe there was some sort of malicious intent.  How silly of me.

Well, if there was none, I'll let you off the hook and explain it in even more simplistic terms.  I acted like a man whore for an afternoon; this isn't a statement of lifestyle.  (Which I suppose you haven't been keeping up to have missed.)

I'll accept that you missed things, and I'll humor that you weren't just calling me names to be mean (mostly for lack of concern :P).  Still, how might one "proclaim" to be something "through omission"?  Sort of an interesting claim you've made, after all.

First off,I never said that the term "whore" in any context, was an insult, or a bad thing. My past is filled with scores of partners. Secondly, I have been reading to keep up. And I was of the same misunderstanding.
Thirdly, You came into a conversation at a particular point, and made a statement. You left out certain details that would have clearly cancelled said statement by pointing out the fact that that "afternoon" in no way would have classified you as any type of whore. (hence the omission part) Yet you still made the statement you did. (the proclamation part)
So I hope you can understand how I have come to the conclusions that I have, and see that they are in no means malicious.

It was an offshoot from what you were talking about.

Was the.. point confusing, or just how it connected?

What better place to judge whores than on a fucking site? [:D]

Ah.  But you see, you keep saying that they're purposefully omissive.  That including that it was for an afternoon would've negated my point.  How would that have negated my point at all?

I would suggest you keep in mind that "whore" is an insult to most people; and, as you read my posts, I'm sure you're aware it is to me.  I kinda doubt you missed that as you did try to rub it in with such comments as "So I feel because of that, IMO you are an attention whore, and a whore is after all still a whore."

Again, while I doubt your good intentions, I don't really care.. so it's pretty much a moot point.

wow, i do believe that might be one of the most naive and upsetting things i have heard on this subject, as a rape survivor (and a lot of people say a lot of naive and upsetting,  however well meant, things about rape). because i was forcibly raped and beaten against my will, it's okay, but if i chose to do it with different people before i chose to do it with you, it's not okay? it just feels extremely patronizing, and while i can understand the intention, it's the most backward reasoning i've heard recently. if i'm a victim, i'm not damaged goods, but if i wanted it to happen, i am. (if i've experienced both, what does that make me? semi-acceptable? mediocre? /sarcastic musing.)

respectfully,
annabelle.

What was confusing was the lack of a point. Along with the lack of coherency. The lack of relevance was also a contributing factor.

CuriousLord -> RE: Do you care if your slave is a whore? (1/20/2008 12:07:03 AM)

As long as everyone has fun, right?  ;)

I think it's too often taken as a moral thing.. like some people who might be called "whore" think that someone saying that they're not sexually attracted to whores mean that they hate them or so.

hisannabelle -> RE: Do you care if your slave is a whore? (1/20/2008 12:07:46 AM)

greetings celticlord,

it was the lack of tact that got me.

I'd encourage you to consider that you may be missing the connection more than there being a lack of one.

You brought up a situation (joining you) in which the "count" (to be clear, a count of previous sexual partners) was absolved in your eyes.  This caused me to think of an instance in which I broke from the empical count, being the rape exception, so I mentioned it on my part.

While I may be teasing one poster, I assure you, I'm not flamming you nor any of the others.  There's no hidden message.  :P

greetings curiouslord,

i believe i already explained my views (as a rape survivor and a whore) on why i think it's backward reasoning and somewhat offensive, however well-meant.

respectfully,
annabelle.

As a rape victim, you find your rape not being considered as an instance of consenting to sexual intercourse offensive?

Perhaps I'll explain, as you may be misunderstanding.

I'm not interested in a girl that's easy, that gives her sexuality out quickly.  Being raped doesn't mean that she gave out her sexuality.. it means it was taken.. which doesn't speak against the aspect of her character which would affect my sexual attraction towards her.

This explained, is it still offensive? If so, how?

Friendly advice: Stop now. The most generous characterization of your parallel between sex and rape is asinine.

However you may find my thought process, it is honest.  I'll take whatever criticism you have for my personal belief system.

Still, I would perfer criticism in the form of a logical point; to lose such an oppurtunity to find out something new would strike me as distasteful.

hisannabelle -> RE: Do you care if your slave is a whore? (1/20/2008 12:19:28 AM)

greetings curiouslord,

i find it offensive because i feel like my ability to choose is being undermined by saying that it's acceptable if i was forced into it, but unacceptable if i wasn't. it's a self-respect issue. you can't respect my choices, but you can respect my victimization. it just doesn't add up for me.

perhaps it's simply my lack of ability to wrap my head around the idea that there's something wrong with choosing to consent to have intercourse. which is not an idea that you're alone in expressing, and it's your personal belief, i just don't get it. if i am choosing to have sex with -you- and we are in a relationship and it's on agreed terms, i don't understand how the issue of "giving one's sexuality out quickly" should matter at all, or what one has done in the past should matter at all.

yes, it's still offensive, because i think it's an extremely naive and upsetting thing to say about rape. it's patronizing. it feels like i'm being patted on the head and told i'm more acceptable as a potential partner because i was forced into it. yes, i do think it's important that we remember the distinction between rape and consensual sex, and that rape is NOT consensual (nor should it be at all compared to sex, and maybe that is really the issue here, i don't know), but at the same time, as someone who has had multiple consensual partners and has been violently gang-raped, for me personally, i find that line of reasoning fairly patronizing and upsetting, despite the fact that i'm sure it makes a lot of sense to a lot of people and i'm sure it is meant with the utmost respect. it just offends me on a very deep level nonetheless.

respectfully,
annabelle.

Learn this:

Rape is not sex. Period.

Damn dude, I thought you stepped in it when you opened your mouth about "pretending to be a whore", you just don't know when to quit do you? Best of luck to you...if it's punishment you seek? I am sure somewhere karma will deal it to you. Curious, sir, and annabelle...he's all yours....lol
