I've noticed, when I click "Who's viewing me" there are alot of Doms/Dommes viewing my profile.
Not that this bothers me, I'm just curious...
What is it you are looking for, or interested in, when you view another Dom's profile?

I don't know about Doms, but when I was searching for wording for my profile I used to browse the subs for ideas. Possibly? Or maybe someone read your posts and had to find out who the person is that said that?

many possible reasons, the first being that they want more information about who's posting.

My search parameters are basically set for online gamers who are also in the lifestyle, because that's mainly who I'm here to meet. I'm not particularly looking for anything else, so gender and orientation isn't a big issue. People who only stick around looking for good conversation and to chat in the forums may look at profiles with an eye towards socializing rather than perving.

I read profiles for a lot of reasons. I do look to see who I have conversations with in here. I also look at anyone who looks at me. I also will sometimes lookto see who the friends of someone i am interested are. I definitely look at the profiles of other Dom/mes as a way of comparison also, to see how I relate to the other dominants out there as well as to see if any of them have expressed things I want to say in a better way than I have (not that I am going to steal their words, but the way that they say it can influence me)

I usually don't view profiles unless its someone who has written a post that interests me and I want to know more about them. I assume they are doing the same when checking out my profile.

I usually look when I see a post that I may want to find a little more behind it.

I usually assume people read my profile because of something I have posted if they are not male submissives. The only time I become curious is if they are Dominant and read it several times in a short period of time. I read lots of profiles because of things they post and I want to know more about them..... and some becuase they have looked at mine ... and some just out of boredom.

I'm sure a few people have assumed I'm a sketchy asshole who is net stalking them because i have gone back to there profile a few times.
I do alot of my CM"ing at work. and sometimes i have to close the window before I can finish a letter. then I have to go back. Sometimes I start to write something then needed to go back to the profile re-read something to make sure i get the information correct. othertimes I just forget which person is which.
its better then when I realized that hitting the back button was resending a message. I checked my outbox and in the last few hours I had sent 4 copies of each email to 3 different people. I didn't get any response from those... a point where it would be nice to have subject headings.

To the OP
while i'm not looking for female dominants as play partners I'm always looking for more friends especially those who do both the Lifestyle scene and the Fetishist scenes (which in NYC are quite Different with very little crossover)

It's not something I think anything about. I ogle hot women whatever their orientation. Sometimes I want to see who the idiot is behind the words. And sometimes when someone really entertains me with their words I want to see if their profile is as witty.
